Refund policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect scent selection
  • Products damaged after delivery

This policy is in place for hygiene and quality control reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges:
